Purchased $50 worth of gift cards ,went to buy pizza with my mom n dad today and they at first said they don?t accept gift cards... then the manager came out and said the machine doesn?t work(I should have asked how long it hasn?t been working) what reallygets me is their debit and credit work but not the gift cards I purchased from them ?total scam,I won?t be coming to thislocation again and I?ll be calling the better business bureau definitely?don?t waste your time with this place Read more
The pizza was alright, it's pizza, can't really screw it up. The cashier made the experience terrible for us. Had an attitude... with us since the beginning, didn't even give us our drinks before seating us and just looked flat out miserable. I get that youhate your job but that's not my problem buddy. My boyfriend and I love round table and have gone to multiple locations. This location is by far the worst one we?ve been to. We... waited 10 mins to be able to order for dine in. After they took our order. It took about an hour to receive our pizza. Not oneperson come up to us to inform us about the status of our pizza. What made it even more frustrating that there was barely anyonein the establishment. Need to get better customer service. Read more
Great customer service however the food was not as good as i thought it was going to be. We ordered an XL pizza and 3 drinks for... a little over $50. There was no flavor in the pizza sauce. Also, they only have about five games for the kids. Better off goingto shakeys. Read more
I went to the Round table in Garden Grove, California. I received the worst service ever. My food took over 40 minutes. I... eventually canceled my order, because I waited so long that I got a migraine headache. People who ordered after me receivedtheir food before me. I only ordered a pepperoni pizza and garlic bread. I have never been so upset in my life. This is thefirst time I've had issues at this round table. The app kept saying the location was closed so I wasn't able to order ahead oftime. Something needs to be done this can not happen. Honestly the most underwhelming pizza I?ve ever eaten. 11$ for a 6.5 inch 1 topping pizza (I got just pepperoni) would?ve made... me think it would?ve been crazy good or something, but it really wasn?t any better than PizzaHut, and that place kind of sucks.For the same price, I could get a large pizza somewhere else that actually tastes good. Even when fresh, the pizza honestlydisappoints, it?s so not worth it. They also forgot my drink, but it?s okay since I didn?t want it anyways. Read more
