They painted me out as a beggar, made fun of me keep switching the time for opening, so I couldn't use the restroom or sit... inside. I am going to go take pictures of the church today. Scared of what they did to my coffee. I don't know why the managerthought I was lying about being a local guide. Got the right opening time, though. I'm glad her boyfriend is black, my exe is goher. went there because the other macdonalds drive up was totally full plus the dine in was closed @730p..same thing at this... mcdonalds no dine in or able to order walk-in.my order ,food cold fries were cold and wilted like they were sitting out forawhile no ice in drinks ..for the price in paid no worth going back..dont like drive thru for this reason..need to keep the dinein option open later than 7p Read more

This McDonald's has major problems. I pulled up to the drive through menu and the screen was so dark that I couldn't see... anything. I told the young lady taking my money that the screen is really bad and she rolls her eyes and says to me in the mostcondescending way, "we know. It's really bad, We've called someone to come and fix it. There's a process to that, you know?Things just don't happen". I'm like, OK.... I go to the next window to pick up my food and an offer Hispanic lady gives me mydrink and just says, "wait". No other explanation, just says wait. Then a few minutes later she comes to the window and says,"go to the next window". Wait another couple minutes and some guy comes to the window and gives me a bag of food and just closesthe window. I check the bag and no ketchup. I honk the horn. No one comes. Honked again. Still no one. I pull back to the firstwindow and the older Hispanic lady comes. I ask, "can I have some ketchup?" she says, "huh?" I say, "ketchup, can I have some?"She grabs some ketchup, gives it to me and shuts the window. What is wrong with these people? They don't learn how to"serve"people? You are working in the service industry. Provide some of it, please. And to think that these workers will soon begetting paid $22 an hour is mind boggling. The service that they provide isn't worth $2 of my money. Read more

Not enough workers, was told they were short staffed. Ordered medium drinks, was shown with her hand how big, was very small. ... I told her they were small and she said "I know" but no sorry. Also, I asked for a mcmuffin, she didn't ask if it was sausageor bacon, I don't go often enough to even know there's a bacon option. Poor customer service because it's so busy and notenough workers. I had to return my sandwich and ask if they thought it was ok so yes they replaced it?. That is Not My point they are NEVER put... together like they should be fir $15 an hour the employees should take pride in their work. Read more

???????????????????????????????????????????????? Lunch time is very busy but the staff are very quick. Customer service 5 star.... My order accuracy 4 stars pictured below with a copy of the receipt. I order two filet fish sandwiches with extra tarter sauceand a small fries with lite salt. I received two filet fish sandwiches no tarter sauce and the fries lite salted. I returned tothe restaurant with my receipt and pictures of the sandwiches and manager replaced my meal and add a large fry to my order withno issue so even though they made a mistake they fixed it without any problems so that is why I gave them a 5 start.
