I was visiting my daughter from out of town and decided while they were sleeping in this Saturday morning, I would take a short... walk to find some breakfast. It turns out that this establishment did not have any hours posted in their window. The websiteclaimed to open at 10:30 which left me an hour wait at the front door. After which, they open 10 minutes late and then informedmyself and the other customers waiting in line that the dining room didn't open for another 30 - 40 minutes! Very, very NOTCool. Disorganized is the only way to describe this place. I had preordered a pumpkin pie a week ahead and the day that I went to pick... it up, they had run out of the pies. They were asking customers to come back on Thanksgiving day to pick them up. I insteadasked for my money back. They clearly missed the point of "preorder" in which that should guarantee the product. Hadn't been here in a few years so I thought to give it another try. Definitely one of the older but decent family style places... that doesn't break the bank. Service was very friendly and food was good. I wouldn't order the french dip again, as the meat wasnot that great of quality and wouldn't order the kid's sliders either. I mainly come here for the pie sales! My favorite is the banana crème pie. Presentation was okay, but taste is amazing! Highly... recommend. I also recommend the key lime cheese cake very good as well! Read more
Just walked out of this place. I waited to be seated no problem but then I saw 6 people besides me. Got menu and waited 15... minutes to have order taken. Quiche, soup,salad. Then waited 15 more minutes and watched 4 suits get seated and get their foodwithin 5 minutes. Waitress brought me cornbread ( not ordered) and said they were fixing my food now. Huh...finally brought myplate and the quiche was floating in some ?? liquid. Not spinach bacon cheese ..sausage or something? I walked out. Never gohere. Read more
Clean, Service was great and pretty fast, however hard times must be having an affect here. Ordered the large potato cheese soup... with corn bread, my mother in law loves this. We were both very disappointed with the soup. It was obviously watered down andoverly salted, probably an attempt to salvage the batch from spoilage, so overly salted no one could eat it. The cornbread wasgood, but won't give this store another chance, twice this has been our experience. Read more
Raspberry pie: Oooo this was my first time trying raspberry pie and it was soo good!!! The filling had a nice sweet and tart... flavor and the pie crust was delicious and cut the sweetness of the filling. The more filling I ate the more sweet it wasthough. Only tried this fridge temp. 4/5 Read more
We decided to stop at this café and attempted their flavorful food sources. We like the help group that helped us. He has a... decent character. He served us well overall. We enjoyed every one of the food varieties we tasted. Fabulous! Read more
