Service very slow, food just ok but pricey. The worst part was they charge your for everything. I've never see any place charge... for water! And if you pay with cards they will charge you for it too. So save your times and money go somewhere else better. Read more

My mom loves and I mean loves salted fish fried rice. You’ll find this at Chinese restaurants or Vietnamese restaurants with... Chinese influence. Salted fish is basically the excess pieces like the cheeks and other areas that are broken and instead ofthrowing them away, you collect them all to make this dish. Or just use normal pieces of fish but tear them apart. It can alsobe pared with shrimp or chicken. Well, this dish can be a hit or miss. Some places will make it with a very fishy smell andhard to eat. Or really salty. Or dry. But at King’s Paradise, their salted fish fried rice is moist, flavorful, lots of fishand chicken. We live in San Diego but kept seeing the commercials on Saigon Channel so we drove to OC to try this dish. We didit twice already. Read more

It's a fairly new Vietnamese restaurant, opened just a couple of months ago. The place is clean and spacious, with a very... friendly and likable young staff. The menu is a bit pricey compared to other similar restaurants in the area. The Oxtail Phowas a bit tough and chewy, instead of being soft and tender. The Lemongrass Chicken was very spot on. Danny the owner, brought out our Pho and was of the most friendly and personable owners that I have met in this area. All the... food was superb, with the vegetables bright and fresh. Ge runs a right ship, as he diligently but compassionately, trained hisemployees. You can tell that he really cares about his Patrons and is so passionate about both the food and the service. Ioverheard him addressing a table down from us and he asked them about their mom (who wasn't there). He is on a first name basiswith many customers. This place is beautifully decorated and Danny's employees are professional, courteous and prompt. I wouldhighly recommend this place for it's food and I will return again and again because of Danny and his beautiful staff. Definitely5 star dining at a reasonable price. Read more

I've been looking for a new Pho place and this seems to be it. The staff is very nice and helpful and the Pho was delicious.

I have to say that their Rare Beef Pho is delicious. The meat was soft more than other Pho restaurant. Decided to write this... review after 5 times ate their Pho !! Good food here. But one more thing I hope that they can be faster in their service. Read more

Along with the most delicious Chicken Pho, I think your Vietnamese Beefsteak is one of the best in California. I have never... eaten anything that great for awhile. This is easily the best Vietnamese Beefsteak (Bò Né Bí T?t Bánh Mì) in SouthernCalifornia. The filet mignon steak is juicy, soft, and delicious. As you said that your restaurant makes your own specialbeefsteak sauce from beef bones to create the salty and sweet flavors for the steaks without adding any artificial flavors ormsg. I think your steak is of premium quality and is the best choice amongst all steaks without adding any unhealthypreservatives/additives. I love to take out a small piece of baguette (bánh mì) and dip it in the steak sauce. Look at thehealthy, delicious steak in a sizzling cast-iron pan with a small piece of wood underneath the pan. This is the traditionalVietnamese style to cook beefsteaks. In addition, you guys can serve the dish with a plate of salad and tomatoes to make mymeals healthier. Thanks so much! I know you don’t want to cook the steaks under extreme heat because it will cause futurecomplicated health consequences to your customers. So, you always use mild heating temperatures to cook the steaks and rim thesteak for as long as you can until it’s midium-rare cooked for our health concerns. You care about us and put a lot ofartistic dedications to make the highest-quality dishes with great health benefits for us to enjoy.
