Famous bowl had over fried bits of strange food substance, maybe dried dog food? but sure was NOT popcorn chicken or even... chicken. Bucket of chicken was just as bad. The chicken batter wasn't crispy OR original, strange coating on the chicken. Thestaff is clearly not following proper cooking steps. I'm sure if this was a corporate store and not a franchise the food qualitywould be up to par. I've given this specific location 3 chances, 3 strikes you're out! I will not be coming back to thislocation and HIGHLY recommend to AVOID this location at all costs, not worth wasting your hard earned money or a possible tripto the ER for food poisoning. Read more
My girlfriend and I have been sick for two days since eating at this location Sunday 3/27/2022. I called and person I spoke... with couldn't even understand what I was saying. I got a hot wing with the feather still on. When I came up to the lady, she didn?t even give me an apology and just took the hot... wing with feather away and gave me a new one without saying ANYTHING. I came into the store with my husband and was the only one in the store and there was one person in the drive thru line who they... finished serving right when I walked in. I proceeded to order 4 chicken littles and 2 drinks. There were 5 people who orderedmore items then what we did and proceeded to get served all before we did and we waited 19 minutes before we got our order allwhile they are moving at the pace of sloths without a care in the world it seems. The female with the blue hair proceeded tojust touch her hair and face without washing her hand s and then touched the food. They didn?t put ice in our drinks either andforgot my fries originally and when I told them I got the combo and showed them my bath without fries and I hadn?t even left thestore since I had gotten my order they told me they were 100% sure I had gotten my fries already so I wasn?t going to be servedanymore.
