I came to this place and ask to Order To Go, kid/waiter talk to lady standing behind register, then proceed to tell me to go... upfront and order on the machine. Never did the server or anyone offer to helps ME order my foods. Mind you I Never order foodon a machine at this place. There?s usually a good amount of people so you may have to wait around 10+ minutes to be seated but the food arrives fairly... quick after you order. Having been a regular customer I have noticed that the rice has become mushy and the side dishes are much smaller than before,... if you want 5 star go back the way it was. Latest Update. Rice is MUCH better and the portion is EXCELLENT. All the sides aregreat as well. Only wish they had separate place for phone orders to go instead of having to wait for more than 15 minutes afterthe order supposed to be ready. Read more
