First time trying this new hot chicken place. I must say I wasn?t too impressed. First and foremost is the price. $20 for a... chicken sandwich combo is pretty high but I figured if it tasted great then it is worth it. The chicken sandwich: I orderedmine mild, I had a bit of heat still which I don?t mind but I found the chicken breast was pretty dry, maybe over cooked. Themild sauce was missing, meaning the breast wasn?t as wet as I was expecting. The bun was also dry. The size of the chickenbreast fillet was huge, the portions are great. The crimson sauce is pretty good. I ended up dipping my sandwich in it. Thefries: I really wanted to like the fries but I found the seasoning they used on my fries made it very salty. If I would haveknown I would have gone with light seasoning. The staff in the restaurant are very nice and hospitable. The store is very cleanand it seems like your order is made to order. I may give it another try but I?ll order a different sandwich and definitelylight seasoning on my fries and the price is differently a big factor. The one star is due to the price versus the quality. The chicken tasted ok but for $15 for chicken sandwich is outrageous! I... decided to the price thinking the meal would be sublime but not! You can buy as good a chicken sandwich at Wendy's for half theprice. Never going their again. I predict this place won't last with those kind of prices. Read more
My kid and I went to visit this location today. It was our very first Crimson Coward experience. I loved the touch menu and how... friendly and helpful Mohammad was. We had no clue portion size so I am incredibly thankful we did not order the same sides. Mysandwich was mild heat and HUGE! I could have easily spilt this with someone. My kid got the burrito with Mac n cheese withmedium spice and definitely could share as it was packed full. We ordered the fried pickles, we love that they had a crisptexture the two of us couldn?t finish it all. Had side seasoned fries serving could feed at least 3 people. The coleslaw is veryfresh and crispy with a slight tang. This place is super clean, incredibly friendly and the food tastes AMAZING! Our family willdefinitely be visiting this place frequently. First of their service is great and so is food quality. I tried their garlic twister and it only had one piece tender but it?s... thick. The garlic spread they use is homemade and a little bit spicy but for me it?s perfect for cold weather. I also triedtheir fried pickles. It texture is great. Just like what I like airy and crunchy. I taste no saltiness but the sourness is therebecause obviously it is pickled. They serve it fresh and directly out of the fryer. Read more
