I\'ve been here several times now and The drinks are amazing, and the staff are incredibly friendly!
Experience was awful funny. Snow machine wasn\'t working, and so ordered a couple other things. Total was $32, and paid for the... order. Then she tells us parties of 6 or more have to pay gratuity (we have 4 kids). Asked if I could pay 3.20 in cash. Gave her$4 and she asked me if I wanted change. Got an order wrong. Mind you, this is not a full service establishment. We order at theregister and then go up and grab our own food when it\'s ready. Tip policy is laughable and nonsense. Food was at least good. Service gets worse and worse every time I come. It seems that every time they redo the inside they get even worse at customer... service. They need to learn to communicate not take on so many orders that all they do is mess up. If you want better serviceand better drinks go across the street to Tira Tea House. Read more
Very bad service. The workers there during the weekdays made so much errors. We ordered two shaved ice and they literally only... gave us almonds. They forgot the rest of the toppings and gave us forks instead of spoons. On weekends when there?s we?reVietnamese people working they provided us with the best service. Really clean and yummy dessert place. I drove to 4 different locations for shaved ice. Found Crave at last minute. Shave ice... fruit very refreshing. Fresh fruits nicely cut/diced over shaved ice and scoop vanilla ice cream. Not too sweet, you can controlsweetness based on amount red bean. You want more sweet, scoop more red bean per bite. This dish is lots for 2 people, 3-4people is just right. This location closes 10pm. Lots other items on menu but have not had chance to try yet. Read more
A nice and quaint shop for smoothies, Boba, waffles, etc. Clean and nicely decorated interior with good amounts of seating and... parking. Friendly customer service helps as well. Read more
