I like to keep my blood sugar balanced so I ordered a keto crust but they gave me a regular, carb-heavy crust. I didn't realize... it at first and thought maybe there was a recipe change but it was in fact the wrong one. My sugar had a massive, dangerous andlong-lasting spike. I didn't eat another slice. They are lucky my body could eventually handle the spike and I wasn't a type 1or uncontrolled person with diabetes where sugar spikes can be life threatening. It makes me cringe to think I trusted the crustwas keto but it wasn't.. imagine if I hadn't checked my sugar and eaten the whole thing. Since it was a takeout order aroundclosing time, I called multiple times over the next few days and even left a written message to give them a chance to resolvethe issue. I was even willing to bring in the rest of the pizza (shown in photos with and without toppings so you can see howpale and fluffy it is compared to the darker, flatter keto crust) despite the inconvenience. In the end, I was never given arefund or replacement so I wasted over $17 on a small pizza I couldn't even eat. I'm only half surprised since they have quite afew bad reviews on here and yelp for their horrible service. I don't have to say how unethical, cold and wrong it is to make acustomer waste time trying to correct your mistake. It says alot about this location and how little they value customers.Thankfully there's a lot of competition and options nearby (including other Blaze locations) to choose from. Read more
I got a pizza for take out. I left the restaurant for 10 minutes to pick up my stuff from the store across the street and give... them time to bake it without me waiting inside. When I came back to pick up my pizza, it was ready for eating inside - almostcold, although I have told them I want to take it out. The Filippino looking (Asian) girl was surprised and without evenapologizing gave me my almost cold pizza. It is mean and ugly - kinda take your cold food and get out. If she treats people likethat - much better for her to change the job than being mean and not caring about the orders. Ugly customers' service. Theynever listen. I don't know why a 50 cents pizza box is a big deal for them - they prefer to save it and give customer coldfood. Pets while grooming are served and treated better. Read more
It's not the best Blaze Pizza location that I've been to before. If you head inside & order your pizza, they'll probably give... you more ingredients had you asked for them; otherwise, ordering online is pointless. I primarily eat without meats on my pizza& when asking for additional vegetables through an online order, the employees would provide even less than what you'd paid for.In the end, I essentially paid for a couple of leaves & little seasoning on a piece of dough that I paid an hour's worth oflabor for. This place is a disaster, place is filthy, floors are nasty sticky. Employees are rude, none of them are wearing name tags. They... messed up my online order. They acknowledged the mistake but didn?t have the courtesy to mention it to me, they assumed I wasn?tgoing to catch it. I wasn?t able to stay any longer as I was on a quick break. I tried to call to place an order for pickup, that?s not allowed and you have to do it through the app or website. Well, that?s... not super easy when you?re driving by yourself on your way home from work. Finally place the order at a red light, arrive 20minutes later and get my pizza. I drive 5 minutes home and the pizza is cold, rubbery, and has bald spots. I ate half of a sliceand gave up. They definitely gave me a pizza that had been sitting out for hours. Rad. Read more
Wow. This place is awesome. It's an assembly line where you can make your own pizza. They have so many toppings from veggies to... meet to Cheese's, everything. And the price is great. A bunch of co-workers and I went here and we were so happy. Everyone tookhalf of their Pizza home and it made a great second meal. I highly recommend this place and I will definitely come back. I did half and half for DELIVERY. One half is for kids with just pepperoni, black olive and pineapple. The other half is combo... with almost all vegies toppings. I only chose 2 meat toppings. The pizza I received is not even come close to what I ordered.Usually when I do PICK UP, I get more. Does it mean DELIVERY & PICK UP pizzas are differrent? I am not very happy when I get thepizza.
