7-Eleven members should get the cash price for gas even when using a debit card. And then it should be reduced from that price.
Quite a long line (10 people) and only one cashier who was working hard, so not fair to her.
The cashiers are always nice. The store is always clean. And I look forward to my visits to 7-eleven.
This is a terrible 711 to come to at night! Living around the corner from this location I find myself coming here on a regular... basis and I find whenever I come in between 9 pm and 6am the store is gross and there is old coffee and soda on the counters.That's not to mention that the customer service from the cashier by the name of "bardab" (or at least that's what he told mesince he never where his name tag) is nothing short of awful. Iv personally seen him yelling at and kick customers out forsimple things like accidentally spilling a small out of slurpee or deciding they didn't want a gaterade that was more expensivethen the posted price. He is consistently rude to customer and honestly dousnt seem to care at all about customer service orHeath standards. Tonight (about 11pm) I came in for a soda and to get ten dollars in cash back from my transaction. I was hopingto take the 10 in cash back and on the 10 (out of my pocket) out so i could get a twenty instead of four fives. When I asked himto help me with this he yelled at me and sead "we aren't a bank) and handed me the two fives then proceeded to tell me to "leavemy store". The experience prompted me to ask his name wich was another ten minutes of him yelling at me. This was by far myworst experience in any 711 in my life and I personally will never be coming back. This place has been steadily going down hill since I started coming here. Only absolute necessity can get me to even bother and... even then it's a bad choice. The staff was quite friendly for the most part but it seems there are new employees most of whichare a lot less friendly than the ones before And their bathroom facilities are absolutely disgusting. For more than 6 months nowthey have not bothered to maintain their facilities. Hopefully the employees have other provided facilities because if they'reusing the same as offered to customers then they must be breaking the law. Not only is every surface filthy and covered in dirtfrom the floor up, they never bother stocking seat covers, ever, and if there is a roll of toilet paper at all it isn't ever putinside the dispenser. Usually you'll find a very small stack of napkins on the back of a toilet that rarely gets cleaned if atall. Soap is almost never available but even if it was there is never anyway to dry your hands should someone want to get themwet in a sink nearly as filthy or worse than the floor. If I had a choice I would never use a bathroom outside of my house butbeing as this 7-11 is one of very few locations that don't pretend the bathroom is out of order even if they can't manage toprovide anything clean. My suggestion, don't bother here as like most 7-11's they are after profit not customer service orsatisfaction. They even started watering down the iced tea. Apparently that's more important than providing a clean and friendlygas station where person can wash, then dry, their hands. Whatever recent changes they've made for reasons I'm sure make sense,the result has only made me less likely to return here at all as the Arco across the street provides just about all the samethings. Clean store with everything we need. Perfect customer service. The owner works together with the employees which is a good sign.
The staff were kinda of rude. Then the chilli & cheese machine wasn't working. In the end my nachos were stale anyways
