I?ve been going here my entire life until my last visit. The service does not reflect the prices they charge. The sever didn?t... bring us water never checked in on us after we got our food. Didn?t even ask if I wanted a refill on my soda. They charge 4 StarItalian restaurant prices but it?s just a pizzeria. I have been coming here on and off for years , always honest good meals at good prices, one could tell by their busy take out... counter and the number of workers tending it , always busy and my meal tonight does not disappoint. Read more
I've been here many times for meals and the food is always very good. My last visit was just a quick lunch. The pizza was... delicious and the guy at the counter was friendly. They have a large variety of pizza to choose from. Plus they have many otheritems and a full menu. It's worth stopping by for a quick slice or to sit down and enjoy a meal. Read more
Dining here was a very uncomfortable and unenjoyable experience. Food quality is mediocre and overpriced. Our waitress did not... even meet the minimum requirements for service as she allowed dirty plates to be left stacked on the table, didn?t refill water/beverages, and didn?t check up on us when the food arrived. Instead she was seated at a nearby table on her phone. Not only wasshe lazy and inattentive, she was also not accommodating. When I had questions about the food I was told to ?read the menu? andthat she ?could not change the menu?. Once the food arrived, I could barely take one bite out of the pizza because theprosciutto tasted stale/ old and the truffle oil was not quality. At such a high price point I refused to let it slide and askedfor the manager. I kindly explained that the pizza did not taste fresh and she replied with ?it?s probably something you?re notused to? and said it was not coming off the bill. After respectfully asking if we could replace it she proceeded to roll hereyes and stormed off. She sat at a nearby table with our waitress and other staff members and loudly complained about us. Theysat there laughing and exchanging looks. How does one eat comfortably after an experience like that? The lack of professionalismin this establishment is baffling. At $50+ per person the food quality and service is unacceptable. The staff needs propertraining and the ?manager? is incompetent. Will not be back. Read more
A family night out for dinner here turned out to be a disastrous experience. I am here with my family the other night to enjoy... food and a nice night out but what we encountered was a rude waiter named Melvin who refused to wait on us after we made himaware of his attitude. He however graciously served all of the other ?regular? customers without incident. Not only was thewaiter sarcastic and not friendly but he kept referring us to the ?menu? when we asked about certain dishes that we knew theyhad in the past. We would ask if they had pasta with meat sauce and he would respond and say ?that?s not on the menu? and thensay ?they menu is right here look at menu? the lack of professionalism and no customer service will make me never return to thisestablishment. I do not encourage any person to subject themselves to this treatment. It was the most embarrassing and worstexperience we had at a restaurant in this area. Never to return again! That?s a promise. Always a delicious place to eat. Been going there since I was a kid. The prices have gotten a little bit high but I guess that's... just the way things are now. Either way we will be back and I know my kids loved it too. Read more
Just got take out from there we both got Chicken Verdi one was swimming in sauce both were drowned in the spinach. My pasta... wasn?t cooked at all. Mama Theresa?s is one restaurant that is always consistent. Definitely not this time!! Today is mybirthday and I know from being a server not to eat out on Valentine?s Day or Mother?s Day. This is one great pizza spot, food was really good and the pizza also great.. Just go on a weekend and expect pizza to be done... in 20 mins. I waited 45 mins for my order, but it was really really good.. You will meet some Karen's but the best part is, noone pays them any mind.. Will go back Read more
