Pretty decent spot for bowling. Plenty of parking. Staff are super friendly. For how many people there were at the bowling... alley, they only had 1 bartender and 1 bus boy working on a Saturday night. So food and drink service was slow. Great professional grade bowling lanes and decent food options. Parking can be a bit tricky but it all works. The only reason I... would not give 5 stars is because they recently changed the seating arrangement to what seems like a downgrade rather than anupgrade to me. There are now tables and chairs strewn across the floor and it makes it more difficult to gain access to thelanes when you have a large group of players. AMF needs to sort this out quickly. Read more
Went on a Tuesday night for $2 games and cheap beer and food. It wasn't too packed but there were decent amount of people in. We... had fun, but we definitely prefer Syosset location compared to this one. Big pro is that this one is open until midnight tho. Read more
came to your establishment on labor day... which was my birthday as well... wanted to use my summer bowling pass on the last day... of the promotion. White male gentlemen running the front counter told me that the promotion had ended yesterday at 12 am. Andwould not honor the cards anymore. very disappointed that he would not take care of us.... Garden city lane is my favorite mainly because of their friendly staff. They have good songs. I enjoy playing games here. John... is so sweet and kind at the front desk. He is super nice and helpful. He just gives good vibes. We just wanted to get games buthe got us the games and greeted us so warmly and helped us with the drinks menu and even brought us the drinks. He is also veryhappy about his job running around helping people and making sure people have fun. It makes the customer happy too and feelwelcomed. I used to come to this spot all the time in the summer as a kid, and decided a bowling game was long overdue. I found a Groupon... for 2 hour unlimited play + shoe rentals for four people and was able to easily redeem it on a Sunday afternoon. If you do gothe Groupon route they don?t allow lane reservations, so def go during off-peak hours. The staff (per receipt it says EamonM.?) assigning our lane saw my party was cheering on the Rangers by the bar and was able to get us a lane right behind a screenwith the Rangers on, and pretty spaced out from the other lanes. Thanks Eamon! Food wise - fries and 16in cheese pizza ($17~)were actually decent for a bowling spot. They were out of bud light on tap, but the lady working there recommended an IPA whichwas also not bad. With four people we were able to get through 3 games, and reached our time limit on our 4th game 10th frame.Unfortunately, throughout our 4th game our machine kept miscounting the pins ? strikes were 9, spares were 1 off. Went on on a Sunday afternoon with a Groupon special . It was super easy to redeem at the front desk and included 2 hours of... bowling with shoes included for 35 dollars . Can?t beat that ! There were no Barriers between lanes . Proof of vax isn?trequired but the young lady at the front tried her best to space the parties out. The bowling alley was clean , food and drinksare available. The drinks aren?t very good and I didn?t try the food but they have regular alley food like fries and tendersfrom what I seen . There was a lot of parking but try to go early because I noticed it began to get packed around 4 pm. I willdefinitely be back it was a pleasant experience all around . Happy bowling ?? Read more
Great place to bowl. Lots of lanes so we didn't have to wait long. Staff were polite and professional. Very clean facility.
