I had a pint of their seafood Gumbo and it immediately brought me to Galatoire?s on Bourbon St. in Nola whereI first fell in love with gumbo and creole cooking. After the 15 minute chow session that had me looking as if I haven't had ameal in ages I found myself having to call the Owner Kenny to thank him.
