28430 Ford Road Garden City Michigan is the location of the Incident that happened. The owner/manager is out of control. He's... the one who uses the tag line "$...for all this food..." He needs to be replaced/retire sooner rather than later. This locationdoes not serve good enough food to tolerate the utter nonsense he dished out this afternoon. I have been a customer at thislocation since 2004 but I will no longer patron this location until significant changes are made at this location. Absolutelyunacceptable and unnecessary behavior!! As for the food the whole chicken wings were not fresh and the seasoned fries were old,the macaroni and cheese was clunky. I did not get my monies worth; +$9. Older guy on speaker is passive aggressive, while constantly apologetic, just to receive non fresh and cold food. The place that... just misses the mark. I don't really look to have a "good" experience at KFC..... it's just really hoping not to have a bad one! We thought coming... here, midday, and them not being crowded would work in our favor. WRONG! Our order was still wrong and in order for them torectify the issue, I must bring their mashed potatoes back within 30 days. How petty. I have zero worry that this bowl of pastewill decompose, so no worries, I'll comply! Horrible customer service and supposedly from the "General Manager".
