Very poor service. No cars in parking lot, yet waited in the drive through long enough to have to honk to get their attention.... Placed an order for the Big Box (3pc), they were out of lemonade, got home only to find out they gave me 2pc. Checked myreceipt and yep was charged for the Big Box. Called and talked to the "manager" and asked her to cancel the charge on my cc andrecharge for a 2pc meal. She doesn't have the ability to do that and her only solution was for ME to drive back across town tohave them give me the extra piece. Frustrating! Very unprofessional. They were out of buns so I couldn?t order any if their sandwiches. They told me after I had ordered that... they were out of biscuits. They said it would only take like 3 minutes. So I pulled to the side and waited for 20 minutes.Thinking they forgot about me, I went inside. Nobody seemed to know what to was going on. I don't even know where to start honestly. Chicken was not only soggy and cold but the biscuits were harder than a rock. Like an... actual rock. I asked for extra drumsticks, I didn't even get a single one in the bucket. Only thing that was good was thecoleslaw and I'm pretty sure they don't even make it. Everything seemed old. I ordered from this location and I got a 1/2 gallon of lemonade. At first I thought it was just us and a bad taste, 2 other... people fast the rotten milk. I called and spoke with the so called manager and told her of the issue and she stated that therewas no manager, she can?t give out the store managers name nor can she give out the company she works for. I went to KFC today. I ordered a 8piece Meal for my family. I ain't going to lie, I was scared to order anything because I was... here 1 year ago and a few times it had been disappointing. *NOT TODAY!! I Appreciated the staff today! (October 25 2022 around5 to 6 pm)The Manager Christian (I Believe) took my order. I did not leave home disappointed. Stuff like this matters!! MAKESURE THE CUSTOMER LEAVES HAPPY!AND I WAS!
