Not impressive at all. It was a complete waste of a meal and money. It didn't even look appetizing. My 15 year old... daughter's #8 was slimy and she felt like she was eating slugs. I must say that Dragon Express exceeded my expectations. The food was made fresh, was very good, with very generous portions,... and all for around $10. The restaurant was clean and the service was very good as well. I somewhat agree with previous reviewsby saying that the fried rice lacks a little flavor, but it's still pretty good. The prices are fair (about $10 for an entree with rice, egg roll and drink) and the service is really fast. Portion size was... excellent, with more than I cared to eat in one sitting. They are still very much take-out only, and it almost feelsinstitutional with the complete plexiglass sealed off register and spare waiting area. Flavor on the General Tso?s chicken wasso-so and not spicy, and the chicken bits were small with tons of breading. Fried rice was bland with very few vegetable bits oregg. Not bad, but not worth going out of my way for a return visit. Read more
Good is good..not Mandarin like most Southern establishments, but tasty for a quick fix! Good sized portions.
