There was a 78 year old female working in arby's and she was such a blessing.
Horrible service, I ordered the food without any sauces and even asked again when paying at the drive thru and was assured no... sauces, well it came with sauces. Person on intercom was extremely rude. Try the McDonald's instead, they had way better and nicer acting staff.
Been here a handful of times and the food is always hot and fresh and good customer service.
I left work at 5:40 and takes about 10 minutes from west end of town to get there. Spent 20 minutes waiting in line at the drive... thru, was told they were out of curly fries , I said make them crinkle fries. They said okay. then paid but was not given areceipt and then told they were out of crinkle fries and would I want mozzarella sticks instead, I said that was fine. Waitedanother 6 to 7 minutes and was asked to please pull forward. I pulled forward to a parking stall to give way to customers behindme. Spent another 15 minutes waiting and several cars went through. I figured they forgot me so I went back through the drivethru. Upon reaching the window they looked puzzled as to why I was there and I asked if my order was finally ready. The youngman asked for my receipt and I told him I never received one. He then paused and then told me exactly what I ordered and saidjust a minute which was about 3 minutes later. A young lady opened the window and stuck out a bag and didn?t apologize or sayanything for that matter and shut the window. Knowing I had more coming I waited and she opened the window again and just staredat me with a very unhappy face and I asked ? may I have my sandwich?s??. Again she shut the window and came back a minute laterwith the second bag with not a single word said and then slammed the window shut! Was the food right, good and all there? It's some really good takeout. Curly fries are amazing and their wraps are great and surprisingly healthy. Would recommend.... Service sometimes can take a while at this location however. Read more
