This Taco Bell is NOT your standardized, cookie-cutter, and dreary version of the mother ship, and tonight I found out why.... There's more to making tasty, and good food, than throwing the contents of pre-packaged meat, into a cooking pan, then sloppingit info a taco shell or a tortilla, then calling it a day, but it's not play follow the leader for this franchise, NO-NO for it knows when to call it a day, and how to do it up, and do it up BIG. But, what makes it all come to life is the atmosphere thateach employee' contributes too as they dance and lip sing building that fresh, crispy, great tasting taco, and that pleasantlyplump, and well seasoned burrito that comes to life with sour cream oozing from the lips. If only all could hear and see what Iwitnessed, all would understand the life, love, and appreciation that went into every built taco, rolled burrito, and seasonedsalads. We have been to Taco Bell 5 different times and DO NOT get what we order. My husband goes thru drive thru and order tacos fresco... and comes home with regular tacos. He just drove thru in the last hour and again the order is wrong. Last time we go to thisTaco Bell. Okay let me start with this. Its a 3 star because of me. We only eat out twice a week and so we rarely come here but when we do... the service is amazing and I do love my crunchwraps but I dont think it loves me the way I love it. It does make my stomach hurtso everything is great its more of a me thing but if you dont eat out much I would suggest to stay away from here. Read more

Came here and placed an order on the kiosk. I had to use the bathroom really bad so did it in a hurry. When I got my food it... didn't look like what I had ordered, though I don't come here often and honestly not sure what these items would have lookedlike. When I brought it up to the cashier she was completely understanding and offered whatever she could do to get me what Iwanted. This may seem minor but given the lack of kindness in the world these days, this meant a lot. I was tired and by nomeans rude, but to be given such quality service even though they had done nothing wrong was a breath of fresh air. I make it apoint to come to this location now. Thanks guys! Everything we ordered was cold and felt like we were being served yesterday's food. My partner got two chicken gorditas and... there was zero chicken on either of his. It was a gorditas with lettuce, sour cream, and tomatoes. We don't really ever eat hereand where happy to be near one to enjoy a late night snack. Disappointed, frustrated, and still hungry. Skip it if you have theoption, go to Jack in the Box up the street. Read more
Absolutely horrible. Ordered cheesy roll ups. Received unmelted cheese shoved into ice cold tortillas. Ordered chips and cheese.... Received cheese with no chips. Ordered a burrito supreme combo. Did not receive the drink. Ordered a soft taco. Received a softtaco with exactly three pieces of cheese inside. Wonderful way to waste $38.00. Read more
Tried to pick up delivery food and they shut down the store and refused to make food because they didn?t have staff but then... literally stood outside throwing a fit. Pathetic display of a consumer based business I?m sure the owner wouldn?t be very happento know the team leader or manager or whatever shut down the whole store on a Friday night. Read more
