I have been in here 5 times in the Last 8 Days, and have Purchased the Exact Sandwich everytime. Footlong white, Double Turkey,... and Extra Shredded cheese, Toasted and with a bit of yellow Mustard. However, I Was Charged Various Prices each And Every time.Some Consistency would be Great! 22.00 dollars once, 12.50, 14.43, 16.50, and 11.50, so I Wonder........ Is it new people, orperhaps just Lazy Employees, or an Attempt to scalp a bit more money, Here and there of course. Not too Sure, But I would loveto pay the same price for the Identical Sandwich Each and Every time. Get it Together, Please! In many ways, the work of a critic is easy. We risk very little, yet enjoy a position over those who offer up their work and... their selves to our judgment. We thrive on negative criticism, which is fun to write and to read. But the bitter truth wecritics must face, is that in the grand scheme of things, the average piece of junk is more meaningful than our criticismdesignating it so. But there are times when a critic truly risks something, and that is in the discovery and defense of the new.The world is often unkind to new talent, new creations, the new needs friends. Last night, I experienced something new, anextraordinary meal from a singularly unexpected source. To say that both the meal and it's makers have challenged mypreconceptions about fine cooking is a gross understatement. They have rocked me to my core. In the past, I have made no secretof my disdain for Subway's famous business plan of hiring : "teenagers" But I realize only now do I truly understand what itmeans. Not everyone can become a great artist, but a great artist can come from anywhere. It is difficult to imagine more humbleorigins than those of the geniuses now cooking at Subway, who are, in this critics opinion, nothing less than the finest chefsin Boise. This is possibly the best sandwich I have ever ate. The employees are so cute, I just want to gobble them up, especially one... with the name of Rafael. Ethan is super cute also. Arrived at 745pm.Took them 10mins just for them to make my melt. New kid got no help from other 2 employees. One employee... dropped a sandwich and tossed stuff out of anger. Horribly disorganized. Wife Paid and was not given a receipt. Sat down at755pm and was halfway through eating with my wife and they told us their hours changed had changed from 10pm to 8pm so we had toleave. Told them there wasn't a clear sign saying that. Since I checked the open times coming in which were 8am-10pm Friday.They said it was a just changed and we would need to go anyways. Kicked 6 people out in total. My wife and I have working in thefood service ourselves before and never would kick people out mid meal. Read more
One star for the good sandwiches. Ordered two identical BLT, but got one bread wrong. Called and talked to a female employee,... she was sure she didn?t make mistakes even I said I would take the wrong sandwich back. She thought I was lying. So I took thewrong sandwich back and she did make me a right one. Because of her bad attitude I couldn?t trust her not sabotage my sandwich,I threw that sandwich in the trash can immediately. August 7th-9:05. Have no eggs during breakfast. Second time this has happened and makes zero sense. Terrible customer service.... Customer uses term ?bet? as a response. Needs attention asap. Read more
