I paid with a debit card and I didn't have any cash on me but wanted to tip and I couldn't tip, reason? Also, got the food and... the fries were cold and the burger wasn't fresh, lettuce was soggy and wilted. Went to go talk to a manager but couldn't accessanybody, which they were busy, however there was a young man with really long bushy hair, (I have a photo), in the kitchenmaking food running his hands through his hair to get it out of his face and then touching the food. I love this sonic but recently they have been putting cones up and we just don't want to go through the drive threw. Why are you... doing this? Are you short staff or just want a huge line of cars? Still love the service and food, just really confused with thecones lol. Read more
EDIT: I escalated the concern via the number posted on the same day this happened. Nothing, as far as I know, has come of it.... Thanks Sonic? Visit on 7/7/2022 at about 5:30pm: Horrid visit. There was a technical issue with the kiosk that added a good 10minutes to the time I spent waiting. Then there were several issues with our order. The worst was my wife?s Crispy ChickenSandwich. It looked smashed, was missing tomatoes, and the lettuce was grossly wilted. I?ve included a picture. The fries werecompletely cold and the oil on them tasted like it was close to going rancid. We requested ketchup for our fries and corn dogbut that was missing. We had requested a hamburger for my kid?s meal but it was swapped with a grilled cheese. Horrible Customer Service, I don?t know her name cause she never brings the food out only takes order in the evening night shift... but over my last 3 visits there have been some form of technical issues with the buttons at pull in where I sit for 15-30minutes waiting to have my order taken then my call is canceled so I have to press the button again (2-3x). When I finally getsome one I am greeted with a rude, short toned worker who simply says ?if the machine wasn?t working I don?t know what to tellyou? (she gives the same response when the app doesn?t sell the slush flavor you ask for so you lose out on the happy hourprice) no apology, not sorry for me being ignored, nothing and all of these ?menu issues? happen to be about an hour beforeclose consistently so it?s hard to not view it as purposeful ignorance occurring towards the end of shift. Received my order wrong twice, carhop said it would be remade. Called the store 15 mins later and they just assumed i left.... After waiting for 25 mins for cheese fries with jalapeños they still got my order wrong! While cooking my order I could hearthe entire crew mad and mocking me, even the car hop! Do better Sonic! And remember your store isn?t soundproof. Read more
Sunday 2/13/22 around 3:30pm/ 4pm, Garden City Sonic, Horrible. Rude people, (my bad luck, I had 3 rude people I had to deal... with) when I placed my order over the speaker the guy kept saying "is that all" after each item we ordered, (we had an orderfor 4 people) when I specified the sauces I needed, of course they didn't even get them all into the bag. I had to end up havingto repush the button again, because they forgot one of the meals, along with the bbq sauce that went with it. Plus the marinarasauce that went with one of the other items I ordered. And of course...I was given attitude when I had to let them know whatthey had forgotten. And last my bread on my chicken sandwich was burned (see picture). I will not be going to that Sonic forawhile. Read more
Ordered a number 14. Burrito was literaly mostly egg and a few strips of bacon. Tots had no flavour and were almost cold when I... got them. Person taking my order got in his phone in the middle of the order, and didn't tell me they were out of onion ringsuntil I tried ordering again. Read more
