Wishing could give it zero stars someone that works at the Garden City location and I was told that the manager didn't order the... supplies that they need, such as gloves, and that THE MANAGER WHO GOES BY THE NAME OF NENE WAS FIXING THE SANDWICHWES USING ABREAD BAG TO COVER HER HANDS AND SHE USED THIS SAME BREAD BAG REPEATEDLY TO MAKE OTHER SANDWICHES! The building is extremelynasty and the panels of sheet rock are getting wet due to a leaky roof and they are slowly falling out one by one...went therethe other day and they had the sheetrock lined along the window to dry all of the ones that haven't gotten wet and crumbledonce they hit the floor. Just bought lunch at this location. My hot dogs were dumped into a box. Does not appear that they actually made the hotdogs but... instead threw the ingredients in said box. My sandwiches were out of the containers at the bottom of my bag. Even the coke wasflat. Complete waste of my time and money. Read more
Went to Krystal after over 20 years. Food was OK. Service was slow, but good. I forgot the burger have mustard and pickles only.... But I enjoyed them with family. Read more
Sat in line for a bit of time, requested fresh food and was told that it would be. It WAS NOT!!!! I gave the fries back because... they were old and limp the sandwich looked like it past it's time 2 hours ago. The icee flavor was not ready so I had to get asoda instead. The drive thru attendant was polite but my order left MUCH to be desired! Read more
Waste of time! I wanted to go because we don't have this restaurant where I'm from. The cheese fries were old, I had to repeat... my order 3 or 4 times, I wanted some ice cream & the machine was down...I didn't hold that against them too much because it wasabout 1:30 in the morning. But considering how they're open 24 hours a day, I'm thinking it should've been up. I ordered cheesefries without the chilli and as you can see in the picture, the box was turned up like it had been sitting under a heat lamp orsomething. The cheese was getting hard like it had been sitting out & the fries were old. I'm not from here so I just dealt withit but when I come back it won't be a place I go to regardless of how late they stay open! I'll just go to waffle house, eventhough I have one at home. Read more
On the Krystal's spectrum, this one was a win! It was clean, even if it was older. The staff was very friendly. I hadn't eaten... at one in years due to ours closing, so was thrilled to find one on vacation. The chili & cheese fries are awesome! Read more
Edit : I went to Krystal's on Augusta road on 12/5/22 and my niece had what appears to be dead bugs inside her cup from the ice... machine not being cleaned properly Decided to go grab some lunch, had to sit for a while to get my food. I love their burgers,but wish their fries weren't soggy. I can tell they weren't fresh, still love their food though. Read more
