I've tried to come here several times and for one reason or another it was closed or something was broken in the kitchen. I... finally caught them open but this time they were only accepting cash. Go figure. The lady working there was more interested intalking to her girlfriend than getting up from the booth to make my sandwich. It's also scuzzy and dirty inside. Just rude lady that takes the orders. Only 2 slices of tomatoes per half sandwich, asked for extra charged $.69 for 2 more. I... guess corporate doesn?t care about there name and reputation. It seams to be going down hill in savannah GA. Read more

The attitude of the owner was not good. It was my first time and apparently I was asking too many questions. He actually walked... away. The only reason why I didn't walk out is because there was a lady there working who had no problems answering myquestions. The sandwich was dry, they don't have a toaster, and only one kind of cheese. This is why I go to jimmy johns. Iwanted to try something new and was dissapointed. Read more
First things first, the food here was pretty good, and the price reasonable. The amount of turkey we received on our subs was a... little light, but I can chalk that up to us not having any experience ordering here, I saw some other customer's subs and theywere piled high. The bread in particular was quite tasty. Toppings for the sandwiches were all fresh and tasted good. Now thebad. The overall condition of the restaurant was run down. I mean tables wobbly, very dated, restroom had a bunch of patchedtogether repairs. Basically it looks like anything that breaks they fix in the cheapest and fastest method possible. When wepulled up we actually weren't sure they were still in business until we saw other customers inside. Service was a little slow,but we were doing hard labor in the area so a bit of a sit down break was nice. Now the terrible. Really busy at lunchtime. Subs are quite substantial, with generous portions of meats and toppings. Facility is kinda rundown... and DEFINITELY needs an update badly, but the food is prepped in front of you and pretty good. Read more

New employees,tired employees.They really have to decide if the customer is important or if them getting clocked in,who cut the... onions,who is going to clean an area,etc..
