I recommend asking to mix the malaysian peanut + red thai chilli sauces, it tasted very nice and wasn?t spicy. I got a large... tofu with fresh egg noodles. What would make this better is it they gave slightly less noodle and slightly more vegetables. Withthe amount of noodles they gave, I couldn?t finish it on my own. Note that it takes about 10 minutes to prepare as they make itfresh and get many orders, but it?s nice and hot when it does come. I thought that paying $4 to get more vegetables is a bitmuch, I probably would have done it for $2 extra though. I also had the taro bubble tea and recommend the taste. The person infront of me said that the tapioca pearls crumbled (normally elsewhere they are squishy) and the owner didn?t know whether thelychee jelly contained gelatin (which wouldn?t be vegetarian) so I asked not to put any toppings in the bubble tea. It stilltasted good but you miss the full BBT experience without any ?bubbles?. It would be nice if the chopsticks were in fully sealedpackages. They only have take-out boxes but I put it into a bowl at home. There?s room for improvement in little thingsmentioned above but I?d definitely have it again as it tastes so good. Read more

I order pad Thai and it was good but definitely not pad Thai flavor. More sweet and sour noodles.. So if you want an authentic... pad Thai go somewhere else. Read more

Food was great and clean/healthy and the owners also went above and beyond with service. We were visiting the island and weren't... aware that the community doesn't have any options for late night eats. Everything was closed, however the owners here were inprocess of locking up and upon seeing us hungry fired up the kitchen after everything had been cleaned and put away for theevening. Great location to grab a quick bite while on the island and ownership/service that is hard to find elsewhere. Read more

Good food at a reasonable price. I have food allergies and they are very careful about ensuring there is no cross... contamination. It's nice to find a place that is willing to substitute and where I have options. Read more

Very small portions for the amount it costs. You can add prawns for $4 more, but instead of pawns, you get about 4 shrimp.... Otherwise they are fast and tasty! It's just the high price and small portions that are the only drawbacks. Read more

Delicious and fresh. Made quickly from quality ingredients. Portion size and cost equate to good value for money. Service is... efficient and places to sit and enjoy the meal are available in front of the establishment or in the nearby park. Menustructured to be flexible (gluten free and vegan options available) and also offers a variety of bubble tea and otherbeverages We were instantly impressed with the accommodations the kitchen made for us and the taste of the excellent, qualityproduce used in our meals. Definitely a must - visit if you find yourself on Salt Spring around lunch time. We visited on July01, 2021. We had an enjoyable and positive visit. Read more

Delicious food, affordable prices, very vegan and vegetarian friendly (and gluten-free options!) and the couple that runs this... place is just the nicest. Would love to eat here again. Seems like all the customers are regulars! :) Read more

Easily the closest thing you'll get to City food on this island, where everyone is actually expected to compete with one another... through the quality of their food instead of whatever cryptic quality Salt Spring has arbitrarily decided much more importantthan making your food edible. (Hello other business owners and managers reading this! Unless I have a positive review up foryou, chances are you're one of them) Trust me, I'm an extremely picky eater from Kelowna, I won't eat somewhere if a betterproduct is being provided elsewhere. Hence why I'll eat here every chance I get. It's a little pricey but I'm of the belief thatyou get what you pay for in this situation. The only thing that beats it is my mom's cooking. Read more
