Staff were busy and there was a line, so food took a while. That is totally fine. However, when I asked where missing food was,... I was told it was coming. 20 minutes later it was determined that it wasn't even in the queue. Staff tried to make it right soI'll credit that, but still wasted quite a bit of time. Read more
Saturday night and closed before 7 due to staffing issues we were told. As they had 4 different employees laughing joking and... one standing with a broom. Unsure how 4 employees isn?t enough to run a coffee shop, close the food counter, stop making food,but why close all together with racks full of donuts, muffins and cookies when you have 4 staff on site? ridiculous! You never know when they are open or not. Closed tonight a Wednesday before 7:30. Sometimes they have drive through sometimes... not. Wonder if Starbucks is more reliable? Read more
Rude staff of what staff was there. Not willing to serve any customer unless your a buddy in a hurry. Walked out never got to... place an order because staff was more worried about cleaning up for the day. Walked across the street to McDonald?s and had noproblem there. Good place to buy muffins, donuts and coffee. However the donuts are sometimes stale and I've seen flies in them before. The... lines are usually a bit long but their items are good so I would recommend if you're on a car trip or need a pick me up coffee. Read more
I am a very frequent customer as is my Fiancé. I mean we come through probably 6-10 times a day and order the exact same thing... everytime. A stepped tea and an iced capp. At least twice a day our orders are messed up which is beyond frustrating when ithappens literally every single day. Your staff don?t seem to be trained to do their job properly or professionally and often arequiet rude. If there was literally anywhere else within 20 minutes where I could get an iced capp I would rather waste the gasand time to go there then continue coming here. They literally only get business because they are the only Tim Hortons around.Owner needs to step up seriously and staff need to be retrained as this is ridiculous now Read more
It?s unfortunate that over the years this location has gone from great to very disappointing. The main issue is the amount of... time you spend in the drive thru, waiting upwards to 25+ minutes before even getting to mic. Not only has the waiting timeslengthened, the staff has become more monotoned and seems not to care what so ever and sound miserable. Read more
I am very disappointed with the Gananoque location of Tim Hortons. I have been served there 6 times in the last 14 days and... every single time there has been a problem with my order. They did not consistently have the products they advertise available,including chili, white buns for sandwiches, requested donuts and muffins, etc. In the last six visits there has been at leastone problem with each of the orders and these were the times that I was lucky enough to get service. I have also been there anadditional five visits in the last 14 days to find the drive-thru closed at varying times throughout the evening, despite theiradvertised hours of the drive-thru being open until midnight. It is very frustrating when one night they close at 6:00pm onenight at 8:30pm one night at 7:00pm, etc. I have voiced my concerns multiple times but the mamagement continues to postincorrect hours of operation and the lack of inventory continues to be an ongoing problem. It's very unfortunate because myfamily enjoys many of the Tim Hortons products but it is difficult to continue supporting a business where there is noconsistency nor attempts to improve in all of the areas mentioned above.
