The most incredibly rude person at the pickup window. When we stopped at what we thought was the payment window there were two... people in discussion and they paid no attention to us. We finally moved on thinking we had to pay at the next window. When wegot there the woman tried to give us the wrong order then berated someone for sending the wrong order through. We told her wehadn?t paid yet and instead of thanking us she told us we were doing things all wrong, instead of just taking her money. As Americans we were disappointed to find out they do not have biscuits ????. We asked before we placed our order and we were... told they did have biscuits, but then when we paid they told us no biscuits... Only bagels or English muffins. I wouldn't havewasted the calories... Went in with my family for dinner. Ordered McNuggets meal, and 3 Bigmac meals. It was extremely cold!!! The AC was on full... blast!! Sticky floors, ceiling was dripping water and dirty tables. The young man taking our order was very friendly and verywelcoming. Service was quick; we received our food within 2 min. We were lucky to find a some what clean table. Every time we come to the Gananoque restaurant, which is often. They never put ice in our drinks. Maybe train your staff better.... If you don't have ice at the moment tell that at the speaker. Read more
