Brandon at the window was horrible, does not need to be working customer service. Could barely hear what he was saying through... the speaker and seemed bothered with any questions. We said thank you and have a great days and nothing back. Forgot our hashbrowns when we ordered two combos. Please get someone who has some kindness at the window and a will to work, especially whenyou are nothing but kind to them. Horrible location. Read more
Drove all the way out here from Dundalk Maryland to eat dinner with my husband. After spending $25 the food was freezing. When... we brought it to their attention the employees were saying slangs and rude comments under their breath. I would not recommendanyone eating here! Read more
The food was okay. Got some mayonnaise for my burger and it came out pink. The one young lady cleaning in the lobby when... advised said yeah I think there's something wrong with it and told me they had packets. The young man at the counter when Itold him and asked for a new bun just looked at me like I was crazy and he saw nothing wrong with the mayonnaise. He seemed tohave an attitude. I had not eaten Roy's chicken in many years...Cumberland, MD( so very good and clean) changed that...so I thought I would try... Roy's near my home in Gambrills, MD. The chicken was tough and the crust was too hard...i threw the skin away...seems it wasovercooked a while ago( maybe an hour or two)...when we told the manager about this, she only offered,"we have to change our oiltomorrow"...what?...will never go back there again... Went to roy rogers today. Sometimes their food is served hot and fresh, but then they have their off days. Today was definitely... an off day. The chicken was fried hard and the wings were unusually large. They looked like Pterodactyl wings. The macaroni andcheese had a reddish brown tint to it, like it was mixed with the same spoon as the baked beans, or barbecue sauce was addedeither way it was a horrible experience today. Read more

Well, inside was packed very long waiting time for food! Also they stopped serving tenders that night! Had to wait 15 min for a... breast. Also asked for ALL white meat and they still gave me a thigh wing and breast smh. Mashed potatoes taste like the ones inschool cafeteria, no flavor! Yuck, chicken was undercooked n some parts! I really want to like this place as it has good food and generally nice people, but a lot of the times they either get an order... wrong or there is one or two missing items. It wasnt always like this but it seems like the past couple of months there havebeen problems. Today, we had an item missing and the burger was kinda undercooked, which the latter was a first. Last month, wehad checked our order and it was missing two items and had a sub for a different item that wasnt communicated. I went backinside to ask and was told that they were out of the item so they just decided to replace it with another without informing menor giving the option of what I wanted to change it to. If you go here, make sure you always check your order before leaving andbest to not bother with the drive thru. Read more
