I came here because a reviewer of Ghost House Cheese steaks said their cheese steak was $17 and no sides. He said F & L was... better. Can't judge Ghost but the sub at F &L was really good. As a Brooklynite I approve this pizza joint. It's a taste of away from home (NYC) especially in a town filled with crab shacks... everywhere you turn. Pizza is sold by a slice like it should be. I ordered two cheese slices for the kiddos and a pepperonislice for myself. The price was very reasonable. NO way over priced. The pizza was cooked correctly, not to hard or not to soft. Read more

I love the pizza and cheese steaks here! You can't go wrong! The pizza is NY-style, though I'm sure you folks from 'the city'... will always find flaws with it if it's not from there. But, I love it. Large, floppy, cheese-covered, and so delicious. Theircheese steaks aren't authentic to Philly, but they are very large, very filling, and really savory. I have ordered from Frank and Luke's through Uber Eats 18 times as well as called in a few orders directly. I had a hard time... deciding between 3 and 4 stars. Their food tastes incredible. I would say as far as taste goes it is the best pizza placearound. However, their food quality and service is mediocre at best. We hesitate to order from here when we have guests becausethe majority of the time there is something wrong with the order. We've had numerous burnt crusts, wrong or missing items, ahair in the cheese of a pizza, center of the box smashed down on the pizza (yes, happened during delivery but they don't includethe barbie tables to prevent it). If the food quality was consistent and there were some process improvements from management Ithink this place could easily be 5 stars. Read more

Got a large veggie with pepperoni. It was amazing. I could really taste the basil. And they had a great mix of veggies...not... just onion and peppers like some spots. Crust was perfect too. Took one star for price. 30 bucks with tip is a little steep,but worth occasional treat Read more

Wow the flavor was amazing on grandma and bbq chicken pizza! The grandma was perfectly covered with cheese and you could taste... garlic and fresh basil. The marinara was on point bursting with flavor. Definitely tasted homemade. The bbq had just the rightamount of bbq and ranch not overpowering at all just enough for flavor. I would say the chicken did not taste fresh, more likeprocessed balls and the crust was very chewy so made my jaw hurt by the time I was done my pieces. Otherwise will be back to tryagain. I cannot speak to customer service as we had a pick up order and walked in 5 minutes before it said would be ready andwas done. Not much interaction. Read more

The food is decent. My husband and I have ordered from here about four times. Tonight we ordered food to eat there, and we asked... for their chicken tenders starter which comes with fries. The young woman cashier rang us up for chicken tenders and a side offries. When she gave me the receipt, I pointed out that she charged us for a side of fries which we didn?t want because thechicken tenders came with fries, and then pointed out the menu where it said that the tenders came with fries. She refused toadjust our check because she said ?the only way to get the fries with the tenders is by charging you extra.? I told her that wasa problem, and she said that she?ll let the manager know. As you can see in the pictures, the tenders came on a bed of fries,and we got an extra side of fries. The manager never came to address the problem. I recommend to everyone to check their receiptto make sure you?re charged correctly. Read more
