We had THE BEST dinner at Vargas. My husband had Gulf Red Snapper and would not stop talking about it. He said it was the best... dish he has EVER eaten and that he would drive down from Dallas again just to eat there. The Mac and Cheese is to die for. Amazing! I had filet which was perfectly seasoned and cooked. Peter was our server and was awesome. Spend your time therewatching the staff. They have "swarm service" which is like synchronized serving. It was a delight to watch. Make areservation, dress up and enjoy your evening. They do have a dress code but once you go, you will understand why. It is afirst class restaurant. Read more
Our waiter, Rick, was phenomenal! He was funny, attentive, and helpful! We enjoyed our giant Tomahawk Steak, Tempura Lobster... tail, with a plethora of sides! My husband and I celebrated our 29th yr anniversary here last night and all I have to say is there wasn't any other place I... would have rather spent it. Blake was our waiter and was on point with everything. We had a few questions about the restaurantand the food and his recommendations and knowledge of the food and restaurant was excellent.
