The stars are for the effort made there. Post pandemic re-emergence of business life, and a flooding of streets a few days... prior, we forgave them and got the best sandwiches at any of their locations, including Austin. A few people on staff wereworking nonstop, yet remained calm and professional. Did I mention the sandwiches? The Texican is my favorite, and my wife hadthe hippie chick. Worst place on the island to eat. Ordered food to go from them spent $50 I asked if everything is right the guy who brought it... to me said he just checked it everything is good. So I go home and EVERYTHING is wrong. None of our food was made the way weordered it one sandwhich wasn't even what we ordered and what was suppose to be my husband's sandwhich came with what we call amystery item. Looks DISGUSTING!! Apparently they have no managers or GM just some employees who are "Shift Leads" who take turnsrunning this place. How is this place even open??? Read more
Philly cheesesteaks: the most underrated sandwich lol per our waitresses recommendation I got the French Onion Sandwich and... wow!!! Is all I can say. It was GREAT. A bit salty, but delicious nevertheless. The onion rings were also really good, and thefried pickles as well. Receiving service was a bit slow, but once we got our waitress, she was very friendly. The pickle fries tasted fantastic. A good amount of crunch and sour. The philly was so juicy and cheesy and over tasted great... and is filling. The onion rings here are worth it. The wait for the food was very long for so few people but kinda worth it. Read more
Steadily gone in to the crapper. Your hours state closing at 10:00 PM on Saturday. I arrived 10 minutes before 9:00 PM and... stood at the door waiting several minutes for an employee. No employees or bartenders inside or outside any where. When 1finally emerged from the back, he told me they were closed. I told him the posted hours say 10:00 PM. He said they close at9:00 PM. OK, it's 8:55 PM. He repeated, we're closed. So, 9:00 PM on a Saturday night you're shutting down the business. What a waste of space. Please close this business and let another business that wants to be an asset to my neighborhood go into this space. Read more
