The entire restaurant lobby is under construction. They have a make shift drive thru lane open to order food. It's a mess. I... ordered the 7 layer nachos and was told they did not have any fries and would have to make them (at noon on a Sunday). Theyasked that I wait 2-3 min and get back in the drive thru to get my food. I requested that they bring it out to me instead as Idid not want to wait in the drive thru lane again. After 10 min of waiting in the parking lot, I got back in the drive thru andwas told the fries were still not ready. After 2 min of waiting, they bring THE WRONG ORDER TO ME. Had to wait another 5 min forthem to make and bring me the correct order. Read more

Placed a mobile order to be picked up in store (not drive Thur). Arrived at the location and the inside was closed due to under... going a remodel. No problem I'll go through the drive thru. Get to the drive thru and stated my name for the mobile order andthey acted like they didn't have it. Once they confirmed they had it I pulled up. I was second in line to the window when twoguys on bikes pulled up in front of me and when the car in front of me pulled up they pulled up with him and were handed foodfrom the window. Then I get to the drive-thru window and I have to remind the employee that I had the mobile order. I get myfood no problem. As I'm pulling away I tell my passenger to check the food and of course it's missing two items. I pulled backthrough to tell them and they seemed annoyed. By the time I got to eat my food it was cold. Was not going to leave a reviewuntil I got home later and decided to eat some of what I didn't finish (a Doritos locos taco) only to take one bite and pull outa long hair. I've had problems before going to this location but this solidifies me not going back. Read more

The food was amazing in the 80s am 90s. This one's food quality is hit and miss. All taco bells need to bring back the chili... cheese burrito, and big beef meximelts for starters. Read more

The customer service is on point each and every day. It would be fantastic if "corporate" would allow more than a seeming... minuscule topping of cheese. I think the cheese is put on top so one sees it, but the taste buds know different. The menusays cheese is on the taco, but one is more likely to have more lettuce than one needs compared to less than 10 shreds ofcheese. If my taco only looked liked the pictures they display. I eat at several locations, and unfortunately, I see it as acorporate decision. One they choose to continue. Thank you to the crew at Taco Bell on Broadway. Read more

Terrible experience!!! My friends and I went here and we all had items missing from what we ordered. Our items were flat and... they skimped on food so all of our crunch wraps, burritos, tacos were all small and disappointing!!! Avoid at all costs, theworst Taco Bell I?ve been to! Read more

Ordered online, once I got there they would not check me in for pickup unless I waited in the long line of people (10+ minutes).... Then waited even longer for my actual food to show up (another 10 minutes). They mark all the ordered on their screen as readyimmediately and then make them slowly. Used to be my favorite quick bite on the way in/out of town, but I?m not coming back. Read more

Normally good. Out of 4 tacos 3 were good. Asked for no lettuce and no tomatoes. The last one was not even 1/3 the normal... amount. It was more like a nacho chip with a little meat and cheese. Read more

My family and I stopped in late on New Years Eve for a family road trip The employee who took our order seemed nice . Once we... got to the drive thru window we were greeted with a warm greeting. However, we had 3 different orders and they threw it allinto one bag instead of separating it. Leaving us to discifer between what was what. To our dismay some items were left out ofour order and some were incorrectly prepared. That really was such of an inconvenience to us. When we made the employees awareof our concerns they did assist us to fix the issues but in a very nonchalant way. Customers shouldn't be treated sononchalantly. Customer service at this establishment needs improvement asap. An apology would have been nice to Read more
