Didn't get the cookies I ordered the first time..the second time I was short 2 cookies.Called almost 15x because I'm stuck at work. NO ANSWER. Towards their closing time someone called me back and hung up. I calledRIGHT back..and guess what.. you guessed it..DO NOT EAT HERE!!!! Read more

This store has gotten worse and worse within the last 6 mos. We have orders we place online and they are just randomly canceled.... Twice I have been ?double charged? for the same order, and one of those was an order they canceled. It is always like pullingteeth trying to get a refund back too. If you go too early in the day, your sandwich is made with the bre before. Dry andcrumbly. As of now I am waiting on the second order of the day as the first one was canceled with no reason and no notice. Itwas supposed to have been ready at 1:15pm. It is 1:40 pm and still waiting. But hey, one of their two employees is out on asmoke break. I would NOT recommend this Subway. I believe there are 2 others in Galveston, both on Seawall Blvd that are ownerby same man. ?Efrain? is his name. Read more

We tried to get food here 50 minutes before their closing time. The workers there already locked the door and then when they saw... us they told us the ?toaster was broken?. There was also their friend there who didnt seem to be working there (he didnt haveany uniform on, he was just sitting on the side talking with them) and as soon as we went into our car they started fist-bumpingeach other and put their thumbs up. I dont usually complain or write reviews but this was just annoying considering i haven?teaten in hours and they just decide to not do what they are getting paid to do. Read more

The Subway corporate office should come in and re-train this store. We went for a free six inch sub promotion. First the manager... tried to say we were too late and pointed to the clock, which showed we still had ten minutes. Then she said we could get thefree sub but limited our choices to only three. Then she told us she could honor her promotion, but only if we paid for a drinkand chips. Finally, when we made it clear we were there for our free sub and showed her the promotion on our phone, she threwtogether some flimsy, under-filled subs in a snit, didn't toast them for us or even ask, and angrily threw them in a bag. Thosesubs were anything but free and unfortunately for the Franchise, were a double negative. Find another place for lunch. (Thisstore is the one in the Big Lots lot in Galveston). One star EARNED. We put our tip back in our pocket. Terrible! Read more

Food was great, initial appearance was good, but the men's restroom was utterly disgusting. To be fair, they can't control... customers' actions in the restroom BUT my husband brought it to their attention and told them he was unable to use the restroom. I had already ordered so we ate there. During the whole time we were there, no one went in to the restroom to even look at it,let alone clean it. Very disappointing, very concerning. I frequent Subway restaurants across the country and this is theworst experience we've had to date. Read more

I have ordered from this store three different times. They never seem to get an order right. First time turkey cheese orders... received ham turkey and cheese. Second time there was barely any meat on 3 12 inch subs. Third my husband bit into a frozenveggie patty! Absolutely ridiculous. Read more

Did an online order Saturday and they didn't get everything right. Missing toppings, didn't follow special instructions, and... hardly had anything in the sandwich. It was a veggie sub. How do you make a veggie sub with almost no vegetables? The tomatoeswere not fresh and grainy, the lettuce was not fresh either. I asked for extra and it felt like nothing was in it. I work in anoffice and only get one chance to leave and pick up my food. I couldn't make it after work Saturday or Sunday and don't evenlive on the island. The manager told me I waited too long to ask for help and told me they won't do anything. I'd rather spendthe extra $3 for jimmy John's or schlotzsky's. Read more

Ok this makes 2 nights in a row; different employees each night. Subway, this is NOT my idea of double meat with EXTRA lettuce... and extra ceasar dressing. Both nights i got a dry sandwich with barely any lettuce and same amount of meat as if I had notordered extra meat. Absolutely unacceptable Read more
