Drive thru was down which I understood, but when we went inside, they said they?d get to us soon but walked to the back and... never came back out. There were other customers already waiting for their food and they looked like they had been there a whileand judging by our experience, we figured we would be stuck there for at least 30 minutes so we left without getting anything. Iget they?re very likely short staffed, but I haven?t seen a restaurant or any business leave the front unattended for so long. Read more
I stopped by Schlotzsky's during lunch the inside was okay but I wanted to sit outside under the patio, and it looks like some... of tables are missing (like someone ripped them out) that turned me off. The men's restroom wasn't clean by far this is pandemicguys I don't know about the women's restroom. I ordered the turkey/bacon club combo and it was good. The manager took my orderand he was great. The patio looks nice but couldn't enjoy it but the decor looks nice. Read more
The employees were friendly. However, the lack of experience at this location was obvious. We waited for our food for nearly 30... minutes. I thought maybe this was because there were only a couple of employees working at the time, but over the course ofthose 30 minutes I counted 7 employees. I watched as no one made sandwiches in the back for 5 minutes straight. Employees woregloves to the front of the store to the cash register and then back to the back again. The ice machine was empty. The lemonademachine did not work. The store was not very clean compared to the Schlotzsky's locations I usually visit. The employee had toput ice in our cups from the back because the ice machine was down. There was a hair in my drink :( I don't recommend this placeat all. Sorry, Schlotzsky's. I love your food chain, but please help this location out. They're bringing you down. :( Read more
I stopped here on my way to the beach today. It took 24 MINUTES to get my food at the drive through window from arrival to... departure. There was only one car ahead of me. I didn't want to get my toddler out then back in the car since we were just 5minutes from our destination. However, stopping here was an awful mistake and waste of $22. I started my order at the speakerbut the employee had gave up and told me to drive to the window. She stated they were short staffed. I ordered a large sandwichbut they had no large bread so they gave me 2 mediums. I wanted the kids Mac and Cheese. I've attached a picture. I didn'tchance giving it to my child as it looks disgusting, as well as the apple slices. I was told they were out of milk, then latertold all they had was chocolate milk for the kid's meal. My sandwich had mustard on the outside of the bun, which didn't lookfresh either. I do not recommend going to this location. Read more
What a disaster this place is. Waited in line for 10 mins to order. Waited 41 minutes before going to get a refund and going to... whataburger instead. 3 others waited for their refunds as well. Cashier blamed it on 1 new employees therefore, I told him youshould be warning people then of the wait time. I wojt even go into how dirty it was. Avoid this location. Read more
Visit: 10/05/2022 - after a long drive and a fun time at the beach, we settled on getting a Schlotzsky's Turkey Bacon Ranch... sandwich before heading back home. We like to think that chain restaurants are consistently the same from location to location.Unfortunately, that isn't the case. Or, in this case, Fortunately! Besides being my favorite sandwich, I also like Schlotzsky'sas a brand. I've had some questionable experiences where the sandwich was just thrown together, too much sauce, missingingredients... This Turkey Bacon Ranch tho....was absolutely spot on! Every bite was as delicious as the previous and sosatisfying that I wanted a nap right after finishing. The girl at the front was very friendly and seemed quite happy. It'salways nice to be greeted by a friendly face and she did a good job of making sure she got my order correct. Exceptionalservice, exceptional quality, exceptional product. Thank you for making my trip to Galveston That much better! See you nexttime!! Read more
