This place is horrible, we waited for 10 minutes at the drive thru menu for it to come on. We get to the window and they're... like, "You didn't order." And we're like no... because your speaker never came on. When we started ordering they didn't evenknow their own menu. We wound up cancelling instead, if they can't get their act together when it comes to ordering then I can'ttrust that they will when it comes to cooking our meal. Read more
Employees were very polite but food was very slow took over 25 minutes to get order. Got the 12 piece family and extra sides.... Out of the 12 pieces of chicken there was FIVE WINGS. FIVE CRUCHY MESTLESS WINGS. We spent over 40$. I only give three starsbecause the employees were so polite. Read more

The employees are great! They do their best to serve the customer. However, it simply the slowest location ever! The outside... mice and speaker hardly works and I receive the wrong order every time! Popeyes, fix your store and fix your drive throughspeakers. Read more
If I could rate a zero I would. It took the employee a full 10 minutes to take the order. She kept repeating the wrong order... back. We still ended up getting the wrong order. The was no you in the kids meal. No sauces even though we all asked for sauce.Just subpar all around. While we were in the drive through, we saw others leave to go to McDonalds because the employee took solong. You are losing business big time! Read more
Went in at around 2PM to get some lunch and we were instantly greeted by friendly staff. The woman who took our order was fast... and efficient. We got our meal in less than 5 minutes and were able to have the quick lunch we wanted! Read more

The food was good but it took 20 minutes to get our food after we placed the order. While there were 3-4 employees working the... drive-thru, only one person was working the counter and filling those orders. After she took our order, she took nine morebehind us and after all the orders were taken, she began filling them. But she filled them in the reverse order that she tookthem so although we were the first order, we were the last to receive our food. This was especially frustrating because wedecided to get fast food because we were in a hurry. This restaurant obviously needs better management so the counter worker hashelp filling the orders instead of all the other employees working only the drive thru. In addition to the 20 minute wait forour food, all but two tables were dirty in the dining room. With as many people standing behind the counter doing nothing, theMOD should have had one of them cleaning tables as well as helping put together the orders.
