Idk if it?s the workers or the mobile app but it took us an hour and so for us to find where our order was, it was on 517. They... kept saying they didn?t get it. We showed screen shots and everything. I also kept calling the other McDonald?s in case it wassent there but I know it wasn?t. I was just scared and freaking out. Finally they ?got? it. Absolutely ridiculous. OrderedSeptember 2 at 5:48pm they ?got? it at 7:00pm. A lot of wasted time and anxiety. I?m also very sick so it was just a lot tohandle. Do better. The restaurant was dirty, it took forever to get waited on and I ended up using the kiosk. They tried to give me the wrong food... at first, and when I did receive my order my big Mac and fries were both cold, no extra sauce like I paid for. I'll never goback to this location. Read more
