The manager Kenneth was amazing, friendly, giving and dealing with alot that night. He explained to us what had just happened... inside, and why our mobile order wasn't ready yet. From what he told us he followed complete protcol for that. Even tho carbehind us was mad they couldn't come in atm, they still had to wait behind us for 10 mins lol. Needed a quick drink while on Broadway. Decided to stop by here and also had a little snack (nuggets and fries). Not sure if... I've had chicken nuggets at Jack in the Box before but I liked these better than other places. Liked that they have a Freestyledrink machine which has a large selection. Food quality can be hit or miss. The mobile ordering was disabled which prevents you from getting the app special pricing. The... store was empty with no business and plenty of employees. I asked the manager why the mobile ordering for this location wasdisabled. She quickly went to the back room and turned it on. Not cool. It should never be disabled unless your store isclosed. The food was hot and fresh. The staff were friendly and my order was prepared as requested but you shouldn't have to ask for... taco sauce when you ordered tacos but they'll put ketchup in bag automatically. Its disappointing to leave with food and findlater important things aren't in there. Read more
