So, first day (merely hours) being open, you would think it would be chaotic, but Nooooo. Despite the crowd, the ordering... process was smooth and easy. The menu is clear and concise. Our bagel breakfast sandwiches came out quickly, hot and correctlymade. The space looks better than it ever has. Absolutely wonderful had a delicious brunch egg veggie sandwich on an onion bagel. Then got 6 bagels to go with 3 different... cream cheese options. I love bagels and this was even better than I had anticipated. Read more

These bagels are good! I find that most bagels tend to be tough and chewy, not these. I ordered the chopped cheese with a... jalapeño & cheese bagel. So good. There was a line when I ordered, but the line moved fast. I was disappointed that they wereout of the cheesy hamburger soup. I guess it\'s as popular as I was told. A minor complaint is that they don\'t have fountaindrinks, just cans/bottles in a refrigerator. No ice. Plus the dinning room was a little warm (but understandable with thiscrazy heat). I liked that they have art for sale on the walls. In fact, a customer bought a piece of art while I was eating. Definitely coming back, gotta try that cheesy hamburger soup and pick up a pack of mini bagels. Good selection of desserts. Read more

UPDATE:\n\nAfter the business response, I decided to give this place another try and tried one of their burgers and fries made... fresh at the food truck outside. There smash burgers are decent with a fresh house-made bun and burger and fries were superreasonably priced at about $8 for a burger and a generous serving of a small fries option, this beats fast food any day. Staffwas setting up and super prompt with my order.\n\nLarge portion size, however, the price point for a lox bagel is kind ofexpensive. My lox bagel was $15 after tax, they do have appreciation days Monday through Friday, but when I asked them if therewas any military appreciation day they basically kept telling me everything is Monday through Friday, basically being prettydismissive about it, so that?s points away from customer service. They could probably do with better packaging for take away aswell, my bagel came in two separate Styrofoam containers because of the larger portion size. Read more
