Took a very long time to simply order my families food, the employee was very slow and could barely read the specials to me.... When our food arrived 2 hrs later we were quit hungry and disappointed to find our taco pizza had very little lettuce and NOCHIPS. When I called back to let them know we didnt get what we wanted, the same worker that took my food order originallyanswered and was very rude and ended up handing off the phone to his manager who apologized and coul only offer a $3 discount onour next order. I also gave their driver a nice $10 tip because he informed me he could not provide change for a $10. Horribleexperience, we wont order food from there again. Read more
Most are very nice people but two in particular but both woman might just be stressed a lot not sure. Had a few mistakes on... orders but things do happen and I cant say I haven't done the same although when it did happen that time they we very rude aboutit and it does take a extremly long time too get your pizza as well. Overall it's a nice place and they try their best for themost part and there are a few gems there. I think its worth really giving a chance. I do love it there regardless of the 2person but It really makes up for the other good and amazing people that work there. I would recommend giving it a chance atleast. I hope the few people there learn on manners because it's hard when your frustrated and they have a attitude too acustomer when I try being polite because then it makes me not want too visit again. I'm trying too think positive because I loveCasey's just needs work on how they treat their customers a lot. Also I am a regular there and want too be happy when I go thereand start conversations without being ignored. That is the absolute worst being ignored. I have stopped going as much as I usetoo. I don't think they are about loosing customers but again will try giving it a few more chances for the good ones. My tip iswe all have bad days but you gotta keep that at home because people feel embarrassed when u ignore them and eventually you'llloose more and more customers that way. Hope it changes I love Casey's I dont wanna give it up for feeling unappreciated orembarrassed. I work customer service but even on my bad days dont let it show in my work performance. Ordered a taco pizza tonight no chips on it. Called and they made it right
Said it would be an hour for pizza and it took an hour an half to get pizza. Everyone that came in after me was also told that... their pizza was not done yet. Read more
Usually I have always had good pizza from here but this evening I called at 6pm and they asked for name and # I gave it Fri nite... 3 people in back but only 1 making pizzas they told me 40 min I got there in 40 I seen it on pizza oven but he looked at ticketon rack and said it hadn't went in oven yet but didn't bother to ask what Anderson it was for he was going to give me someoneelse's til I told him it was a taco I ordered and guess where he grabbed it from on top of oven so hard to chew I couldn't eveneat it. $40 for 2 pizzas that cleaned me out. I should have known better; cheese was chewy and not much sauce. Pizza lady also ignored... me when I tried to pick up my order. Huge disappointment, not worth the price Read more
Amazing customer service. Delicious hot fresh pizza. Very fair prices. And they even still allow pumping gas before paying for... it. Wonderful experiences. Will definitely be back there if I'm ever in that area again!! Great job Casey's!! Read more
Love Caseys Pizza but have had very poor experiences.This will be the third time I have ordered delivery from the Galva Caseys.... Every single time was over 45 mins late the longest being over an hour late. This particular time the order had already been 30mins late so I called the store and the employee i spoke with said he would be leaving with my order shortly. I don't mindwaiting for my order to arrive if they are busy or short staffed but when they said my order would arrive in 60 minutes and itarrived 110 minutes later there is a serious disconnect.
