This place is horrible. Drive thru had a long line so decided to go inside and order. Come to find out that there dine is closed... because of Covid mandate but the covid mandate has been lifted already. So my question is ?why are they still closed in the dinein? Because he rather make a customer suffer thru drive thru when the customer doesn?t know there is only 1 manager 1 cook and1 cashier working? This Burger King needs to be remodeled badly. Staff is great and helpful and having to deal with a work environment that is... badly out dated and falling apart in fact I saw the staff having to stand on a step stool to try and get the menu screen to workagain which I would say is above and beyond of what there job duties. The property itself is nice however the building itselfneeds a makeover inside and out. Read more
Ok..this is not some sort of Biased review. I like Burger King's Food and the franchise. This particular BK though has gone... neglected ...both it's facilities and it's employees attention to customers and details. My pictures speak for themselves.Dirty, dirty, dirty. Bathroom was scary and made me decide not to buy food here(I did get a drink). The level of built up grimeproves that it is consistently neglected. No paper towels, meant ...I had to touch the handle to open the door..I used myshirt. There was only 3 employees that I saw durring my 15 minute soda hydration session????????, so I would have to deductthat they are under staffed. There was a noticable tension between the 3. There was an issue a customer had,(wrong burger andover charged),the employee argued and brought over the manager who made excuses. His order was not fixed and That customer left,angry. This(one) Burger King should be avoided. At least until the time that it is demolished, rebuilt and properly staffedwith professionally trained crews. -Corey Read more
