Had gotten a drive-thur order meal here back in 2004. Took two bites and something was sticking out. Pulled it and a long long... piece of hair came out. Called them about what had happen. Manager just said to drive all the way back to get it replaced. Ididn't want it replaced I wanted my money back. Then they wanted to give me coupons but not my money back. Upset and angry Itold them if anyone asks me to eat here I'll tell them this story. Since then I have never eaten at any Wendy'slocation. Everytime my neice order from here they missed up her order. Our order was correct and the food was hot! Love the frosties!!! Unfortunately they didn't have any strawberry frosty left so... that was disappointing. Otherwise good visit. Read more
I did order theou door dash. Wanted a regu Dave's double and I don't know what the gave me. I don't know if the gave me the... wrong order because some of the I stuff I ordered was there and some missing. Oh yes it was cold as well. Did not eat it. Reallymessed up my night. Read more

Slow service. Under staff like everywhere else ! Food was warm at least and clean restaurant!
