Today is my little sister birthday ????. I live in Phoenix. Jena (hope I spell your name right) was out of this world fantastic!... Her suggestion for a cake was amazing. I'm from NM, and I'm sitting here with so much gratitude on how wonderful this womanhandle my order from answering the phone each time I called, to waiting patently for my card number so understanding????. First of all I love Glenn's Bakery, I have ordered a few cakes from them which is why I did this time. However the cake they... made that I ordered 2 weeks in advance looked like it was put together in 5 minutes with no effort. I wanted a burnt orangecolored cake with white piping and colorful sprinkles and this cake did not look anywhere near that. This 1/4 sheet cake was 72dollars and it looked as if it was really worth 15 dollars. I know they had lots of orders but that's why I placed my early andthey ended up writing down the wrong cake information for decorating it. I can't believe the quality of this cake. Only reasonit's 2 stars is they gave me a full refund only after I asked and them offering just 20% off after a writing down the wronginformation. Read more
