A kid's place w games and cartoons on all the tvs. Service average. The pizza is crafted for kids and others who can't tell the... difference. Looks and smells good but really dry (despite my request for extra sauce which I did not get) and bland (for thekids). Tasteless cardboard crust. It's been an long time being at big cheese pizza. I forgot about the games and service. I enjoyed it, my sons love the TV... showing kids shows and especially the games.. love love the self service drink fountain. And accommodated our seats where we cansee our vehicle. Read more
Pizza is always good and on point, good food is never the issue. It's the Gallup-esque service (rude and unfriendly) and the... lame birthday party rules that are a downer. I would never have a child's birthday here again. Read more

I am not happy. the employee's were kind the pizza is good or I would not come here. my granddaughter has allergies to gluten... which is pretty much everything in big cheese I wanted to bring gluten free food for my granddaughter and still feed a group of8 and was told i could not bring outside food . shawn the owner needs to change this policy or be more flexible. Being a ownerof a company myself I would not treat my customers that have been coming to big cheese for over 30 years plus like this youhave lost a good customer and I will tell everyone I know how the policy is bad ???? This place is my inlaws favorite pizza place since they were kids. And My niece has really severe food allergies, so we bought... her food that she can eat so she wont be excluded while we all eat. But they denied her to eat. Non inclusive or consideret toother. When they dont offer allergy allternatives. That is how you lose loyal, generational customers. I personally dont likethe pizza but I go its nostalgic for my husband . Yet they let you bring outside food like cake and ice cream for parties. Read more
