First time in a Saladworks franchise. Ordered the Asian salad. Server was scraping the bottom of the container to get a proper... amount of chicken for the order. Deserves negative stars! Stopped there on the way home.... not like any other saladworks we've ever been to before. Arrived at... approximately 6:30pm. Messy, server had an attitude. Told me they were "out of pasta for the day". Soda??? Machine was on thefloor in the back! Drinks available were nothing we've ever seen ANYWHERE. Organic drink machine had six choices and three ofthose were not working, another machine next to that "organic" machine was completely empty. WOW! Will never go to that oneagain! I went there picked up a Avacodo Cobb salad and most of the lettuce was wilted and brown, the avacodos were brown not very... fresh, the tomatoes didn't look to fresh either disappointing for a salad that cost $14.95 Read more
What a soup and salad combo! Great taste and flavor and serving size. So much better then the other one I went to where they... gave you smaller portions if you were bigger for a full price. I am so very happy that this place didn't do that. The peoplewere excellent and provided great service. Definitely a Saladworks that is worth going to. Read more

First, I want to start off by saying that I don't mind spending $ for quality. I'm so upset right now, I can't even eat the slop... that was given to me. I have been a customer here for many years. And Disappointed doesn't even begin to describe how I feel. Iordered the Buffalo Chicken Salad and Large Soup to go. When I ordered the Salad. The visibly agitated server said there was noBuffalo Chicken. One of the other servers said hot sauce. The Server said oh..never mind.... then proceeded to take a tablespoonsize of plain Chicken plop it on my Salad. Then took hot sauce and poured it on the Chicken and Salad. As you can see in thepicture, I posted, not a good mix if it's not mixed in with the Chicken. Given the choice I would've chose another Salad. Andthen I was rushed through the line like Cattle. When I got to the Cashier. He informed me there were no rolls ready. And if I'dlike Chips instead. $16.30 for a meal totally not worth the money. Absolutely Horrible Experience! The dressing tastes weird, the salad is not fresh, the soup tastes weird, bread is too sweet. Kinda not very happy about... spending 13 dollars on lunch, especially when it's this bad :( also charged 2.50 for new dressing. Just not very good. Read more
