Full disclosure I am from Wisconsin and we don't really have places like this that I'm aware of. The food was okay. My fingers... were just that, fingers the fingers at canes were twice as big. The zax sauce was nothing special unlike what was boasted aboutonline and you really dont get enough of it. And the fries were honestly the best part lol. Service was there lol. We gothelped quick, and there definitely weren't any more words spoken than needed to be lol. Food came out fast and was nice andhot. I don?t often like fast food fries, but the fries are great. They had our food ready at the counter by the time we sat down.

I previously received the wrong order upon notify this location was told to bring it back and I said no but would appreciate if... it could be honored on my next visit. I was ask for my name so the employee could place it in the book. Well tonite I went getmy order along with another order. I was told I had already picked up this order or sent someone to get it. I stated this oderhad not been picked up by me or anyone else. Management said maybe I didn't remember because my name had been marked out andthere was nothing he could do. The chicken is always dry and stale. My salads have been wilted. It used to be great. I no longer eat here because of the amount... of time the food was not edible. Read more

The sweet tea was spoiled and the chicken was over done. I ordered tongue torch and could barely taste it. The fries were great!

Update - I changed this from 3 stars to 4 stars because someone from Zaxbys called and offered me a free meal during my next... visit. It didn't make up for the mess of not having food that day but at least it shows they pay attention to theircustomers. I did an online order, they verified my name at the pick up window, and they handed me a bag of food. When I gothome the correct receipt was in the bag but none of my order. To make matters worse it was all items we didn't really like so acomplete waste of time and money. I added photos of my receipt and items that were actually received. Read more
