Waited in line for 15 minutes. When we came up to the window they said give them a few minutes and they'll be back with us. ... Another 5 minutes go buy and they asked us to wait for another minute. About 5 seconds later the woman said "actually nevermind, we are shutting down for the day." This was at 6 pm. I usually don't have an issue there so I don't know what was goingon. Me an my wife had to wait a while for our oil change and the Wendy's was super busy through the drive through and the manager I... believe was Charles and not only got our order less then 5 minutes but had our food to us in less then 10 minutes. The place wasimmaculately clean and I will definitely be back here next time. Read more

The only reason why I'm giving this 3 stars is because, one they made my sandwich right with the exception of one side being... burned. I tried taking a bite, and hurt my tooth trying to even pull a bite off and two, The strawberry lemonade is awesome, butthe fries were OK. Read more

I ordered two jr. Bacon cheese burgers with cheese and mayo only. After I received my order I went to start eating, but it was... cold and the bread was hard. This is the 3rd time in a row my order has been messed up. The food is good if you get it aroundlunch but after that its hit or miss. Read more

Wendy's used to be my favorite fast food restaurant. Not speaking for all locations, but the one in Gallatin by Krystals has... gone down hill....a lot. The staff is rude most of the time and there are no customer service skills. The food is not goodeither. A lot of fast food restaurants are struggling with hiring issues, but if you are losing customers, not because of thewait time when short-staffed, but because of the experience, bad/cold food, incorrect orders, etc., having just anyone on thepayroll isn't helping you. I'd come back at some point of if it were closed due to no staff. But all that on top of a long waitalong with higher prices...no thanks. I'll spend my hard earned dollars at ChickFilA where it's not like that. Even McDonald'sis serving hot food as we're used to getting it. Maybe you should find out what that Manager/Owner is doing right that you'renot. They're getting my money now. The owner/manager needs to do a better job of training and setting expectations. Checked my bag before pulling off and one of my cups of cheese sauce had spilled cause the lid wasnt on it good. No... biggie....send the bag back and this is what I got when I got home....cheese sauce everywere....and the empty one stillempty....and due to the cheese shortage cheese is expensive.... Read more

If I could give zero stars I would, seriously y?all save your money. I?ve worked at Wendy?s before (not this one) and going... there today I was extremely disappointed. The customer service was awful and very unprofessional. The lettuce on my sandwich wasbrown and wilted, the fries were embarrassing and the nuggets tasted like wet dog food. It took forever just to order becausethe drive thru order taker couldn?t take roughly 60 seconds to focus on her job instead of talking and bs?ing with hercoworkers. I am extremely disappointed and will not be coming back to this Wendy?s location. Read more
