I haven't been to the Gallatin Waffle House in several years. It was going down hill with horrible employees and the place was... dirty with roaches. I was pleasantly surprised today on June 30th, 2022 that the Gallatin Waffle House has dramatically improvedto 100%! Our Waffle House is clea, the employees are wonderful! The waitress, Charlotte was so wonderful and great! She took inconsideration I am diabetic and everything was taken care of. My waffle was delicious! Everyone should go to the Gallatin WaffleHouse, I had a great experience! Read more

I absolutely adore this waffle house, the staff is super friendly, the food is always fantastic. Whether it's the fun... conversation you strike with the workers, or in my case the challenge they gave me to eat my entire meal (including my drink)with just a spoon, it's never not an experience. I love their food but this house is one I always feel at home in. And toanyone reading this, tip your service workers, especially these ones! Read more
