Got drive thru. Ordered my food without lettuce but they put it on there anyway. Location was far away so I didn't bother to... have them correct it. Ended up not eating the food because of the lettuce. Took a chance, wasted money . Read more

Went for lunch bad idea. The Mexican pizza was cold no beef just beans. The burrito supreme were also cold. The drink machine... only had flat watered down sodas. Really this is usually the better location. Will not go back. Read more

I have hesitated over the past to give this review trying to give them the benefit of the doubt but this is the sixth time in... the past few weeks that I have come here just to have them say we?re not opening until a later time. I?ve also had them mentionhow they don?t have any food. Do everyone a favor and hang a sign on the drive thru rather than have them wait just to hearyou?re letting them down. Read more

This location for the past month has been a nightmare. I only try to get food after working a thirteen hour shift. The past 3... nights in a row I have gone, all between the same times 10pm-11pm and every single time I have gotten some excuse. First it wasthey were closed for a shift change, then it was they were only accepting mobile orders/deliveries, and most recently tonight itwas they ran out of food. I have tried to be mice and understanding but this is just ridiculous and you will not be getting mybusiness again. And probably the same to the 20-30 cars I have watched get turned down as well. I?m waiting in line the 8th car back with five cars behind me to pick up a scheduled order for 9:50 thru DoorDash! It is now... 10:15 and I haven?t even made it to the ordering menu! What is the point of doing a scheduled pickup if I can?t pick it up andI?m waiting this late? I?ve already paid, no one will answer the store phone! Employees are walking out leaving with this lineas long as it is! I get staffing issues and completely understand that part. But what is the point of allowing scheduled pickuptimes if there?s no other way to get my order than waiting in this long line that is not moving? You really need to get a bettermethod for that aspect of the job or stop allowing pickups to be scheduled if this is gonna remain the process! Now my daughterwill have to be in bed before I ever even get the food, much less be home. Just very frustrating and a waste of time. My food issitting on a shelf waiting on pickup and was made 30 minutes ago. So it will be cold and no longer worth it. At least thesepeople waiting are getting fresh food! Or at least I hope considering how long they are waiting! UPDATE! Pickup Was for 9:50,it?s 10:35 almost one hour and I just made it to the speaker menu!!! This is truly ridiculous! I would like to add its now19:54. I made it to the window. There?s only 3 people working. I asked if my food could be made again and fresh due to the hourtime difference! The gentleman was very helpful and I hope this review is a reflection on mgt not making sure the store isproperly covered as they need and making sure moving forward the people that are closing are well equipped to do so with such arush. Efficiency and organization need to be addressed to assist these employees. And a better routine to get online orders thatare paid for and easier to get taken care of more quickly. Read more
