Place is drive thru only because the staff is lazy and doesn?t want to clean the lobby or bathrooms. Once you pull into drive... thru you are stuck no matter how long it takes. The hours for this particular store say open til 3am yet half the time when I try to stop after work ( 2am) they are already... closed yet the employees are usually all outside.... I have gone 3 times the past week and a half to try and get nacho friesand they have a sign on the speaker that hasn't moved saying their fryers are down.... very disappointing Read more

Can't remember the last time my order was correct. It's right on the screen, but always wrong in the bag. Tells you where the... problem lies. NEVER get a single napkin. It's greasy food.... handed to someone driving a car. NAPKINS should be a given. IfI lived closer, I'd go back EVERY TIME to have them fix the error. So instead, I just wont be back. Hope you're not payingthese people much because they sure aren't earning it. A longer wait may be understood if short-staffed and long lines, butthere's no reason it should never be right... whether it's something missing or smothered in sour cream when stressed NO SOURCREAM when ordering and is on the receipt. Can't exactly pick that off. Meal ruined. Too expensive to keep making the mistakeof going there and if one item is made right, there's about a half teaspoon of ingredients in the shell. What do you call this? I thought I was ordering a crunchwrap supreme instead I got a wadded up piece of tortilla with next to... nothing in it. Fast food wants nearly $20 an hour to make simple food, but can't even make the simple food or get an orderright. Bring out a robot to make them. Read more
Receipt says no sour cream. It clearly has sour cream everywhere. When I called the guy said ?I made those there was no sour... cream? thanks bud but here ya go. Refused to drive 30 mins back so guess I just out $20 bucks. Read more
Got a Taco and the New Nacho Fries with Steak and Spicy Ranch. The Spicy Ranch was way to Spicy so will in the Future just get... The NACHOS Fries by Themselves which are Standing. Thank God for this Taco Bell when the inside as well as the Drive-Thru is open for business. If the Lobby is closed, blame... yourself for not packing a small lunch beforehand because you'll be in line for awhile. Read more
