Starbucks inside Kroger...I always have an issue when I go here so I try not to but it's so convenient since I grocery shop as... well. When I order, there is no greeting and when I asked a question it was not answered so I thought she did not hear me butshe did. At the pick up area again she did not say anything so I almost picked up the wrong drink. They do not ask for names soit's best if they would call out the drink instead of just sitting it down. I came to the counter at 6:50 and was rudely told they were closed by a girl named Natalie. The hours online say 8 so I asked... her what time they close at and she told me 7 but, she had ?already started cleaning?. What kind of policy is that? You areeither closed at 7 or you are open. I frequent the Gallatin store regularly and notice how terrible the staff can be particularly the weekend morning crew. I walked... in today (2/7/21 - with a mask on) around 9:30 and waited for about 6-7 minutes before walking out. I recognize the fact theywere busy however no body ever acknowledged me by asking if I needed help or to say someone would be with me to take my order asI stood by the register waiting. The coffee was good no complaints about the product, but could the employees at least act like they care about the people that... buy the product that pays their paycheck??? No communication, slow moving, and kept setting drinks on the counter but nevercared whom they were suppose to go to. $10.85 paid for two drinks, my next time is to buy coffee from Kroger and make it myselfat home! This place is always very friendly and makes my drink to order. Venti double chocolate chip frappuccino substitute the regular... mocha for white mocha. (It basically tastes like an Oreo milkshake and it makes life better). Read more
This Starbucks is inside the Kroger Marketplace. There's actually more seating than I anticipated and a TV in the sitting area.... Only drawback is most of the employees that work here are actually Kroger employees that aren't always fully trained forStarbucks. They're always very nice but not always the fastest. Read more
