Unfortunately I was extremely let down. I always see plenty of people outside, so naturally I wanted to find out for myself what... the fuss was. Maybe it was a bad night for them?? The teenagers working there had no enthusiasm and gave little detail about theflavors!! Ordered 4 SnoCones, and not one of my family members finished it. They were overly sweet and syrupy. The ice seemedmelted before it hit our hands(was a dripping mess). Want to believe it was just a bad night for them, but the price makes ittoooo risky to try again ???? ???????? Read more

Great product! Decent service, but occasionally they aren't made in the classic SnoBall fashion. It depends on whose working... that day. My snoball....looked more like a snoslushie. Read more
