I placed a order a 6 pm. At 830 pm I went to the store to find out what happened. I had tried to call the store and was placed... on hold or disconnected for 40 min. I never talked to anyone at the store. When I arrived at the store there was two peopleinside and two out back. The manager came back in and he was very confused. He asked if I didn?t get some of my order. I said Ididn?t get any of it. Which really confused him due to my order not even being there in the store anymore. His only excuse wasthat they are short handed. Do not use this location. They have screwed up multiple orders for me. Read more
Way better service here than the Papa John's on Broadway. The pizza here was perfectly baked and the garlic sauce was actually... thick and creamy as opposed to a cup of yellow liquid. Sadly they don't deliver, and they're a little far for Eastern Gallatinbut this is the go-to for Papa John's in the area. Read more
This is my go to Papa John's. They have really good coupons for carry out options on the app. The staff here keeps changing but... the new people are super nice. The have also changed my beloved brownie but it's not their fault it's new distributor. Anytimethey make a mistake on my order which isn't often they are quick to make up for it. Love them!! We ordered the Shaq O Roni and this is what we received. First pizza was burnt, cold and no pepperonis to the edge of the... crust. When we called the lady told us that we had to order it that way. Confused since that is what the advertisement showedand why we ordered in the first place. They did send us a new pizza that was warm but still not the accurate description asadvertised. We still gave the second driver a tip and showed him the picture and he said that is way over cooked. They havelost our business. Sad since I loved their pizza. Read more
Just wanted to drop a quick note thanking the General Manager James for a very timely reply to a complaint I made. There was a... significant delay in my delivery tonight but he replied promptly, explained what happened, and promised to get to the bottom ofit. Additionally, my order was refunded and I received a coupon as well. When my pizza did arrive it was still hot anddelicious. Read more
